Who processes your data

Contact form

What you fill in (name, email address, organisation, message) is used only to reply to you and to schedule a conversation. We keep it for as long as the conversation is ongoing and at most one year afterwards. We don’t pass it on to others, except to the services (n8n and Google Workspace) that deliver the form.

Cookies and statistics

This site uses Google Analytics 4, loaded via Google Tag Manager, to measure how it is used: which pages are visited, where visitors come from and on which device. This only happens if you allow it in the banner on your first visit.

Without consent, Google sets no cookies and processes only anonymised signals that can’t be traced back to you (Consent Mode). With consent, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_… (lifetime up to 2 years) to recognise returning visitors. The data is processed by Google Ireland Ltd. and may be transferred to servers in the United States; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your choice via “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. We don’t use other cookies or advertising tracking.

Your rights

You can request, correct or delete your data by sending an email. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
