One consultant, not an agency of thirty.
March83 is the practice of Yannick Moeneclaey. For people who have to make a decision about marketing or AI and want to carry it themselves afterwards.
Almost twenty years between marketing, communication and technology.
I’m Yannick Moeneclaey. I worked for almost twenty years in digital marketing and communication, first hands-on and later in strategic and quality roles at agencies, before going independent under the name March83.
Today I work for SMEs, publishers, local governments and B2B organisations, on two tracks. Marketing strategy and campaigns: positioning, funnel, channels, execution and reporting. And AI and automation: from the decision to be made to a working pilot, with tools your own team manages. The two tracks reinforce each other: a campaign produces figures to decide on, and automation keeps the follow-up going. Always from the same starting point: management should be able to decide without first having to become an expert.
I work from Brasschaat, near Antwerp, and come to you for the intake and the go/no-go. The rest happens remotely, together with the people who take it over internally.
Four commitments that apply to every assignment.
The decision first
We only start once the decision fits in one sentence. Choosing a tool comes after that, or not at all.
No dependency
From day one, someone from your organisation sits next to us as an administrator. What we build is yours, and documented.
Figures that hold up
No promises in percentages. If a figure is missing, we say so, and we say how to get it.
A no-go is a result
Half the value of a quick scan lies in the projects you don’t start.
SMEs, publishers, local governments and B2B organisations.
From an SME with an owner who decides to a municipality with an executive board: what matters is that someone can decide and someone carries it afterwards. Not for those looking for a lab.
One conversation. Then you’ll know whether it’s worth it.
No proposal, no deck. Half an hour in which we sharpen the decision you need to make.
